I'm starting to add more content to this blog because I know for one, I could use it. I also believe that we all need our own life coach - that little voice in our head that tells us, "Hey! You can do this! You've got this!" This is what tips Tuesday is going to be all about here: Me doing my own life coaching and inviting you along for the journey.
This week there are 2 things I'm working on:
1. I need motivation to drink water for my physical health's sake. I can't continue loading up on lots of diet soda and caffeine that aren't good for me when my body is starving for the water that it should have.
2. I need to remember to be grounded like a tree for my mental health.
